Okay, so the funny story is as follows. I go through cussing phases. Sometimes I'm really good at using alternative phrases but during this pregnancy, I've just been bad! So, Emma and I went to go get coffee with Adam on Monday and as I was having trouble pulling into a parking spot in the parking garage and I said "f*** a duck." And the sweetest little, most precious "duck" came repeated back to me from the back seat. Adam and I just looked at each other and laughed. Guess I should start watching what I say! Someday a curse word might come back to me! Eek!
She loves to swing, loves to read books. . . loves to pull all her clothes or diapers out and leave them on the floor in her room. . . .
There's a lot more to tell about this sweet, sweet girl but mommy brain is kicking in and I kinda, sorta just want to be done with this post so I can take a nap. :-0!!! lol. Bye!

ReplyDeleteThe video of the hair cut was so mean. haha. You'll have to show her boyfriends some day when she's grown. I was thinking...i wonder if you could just do it somehow when she's eating in her high chair. Just walk by and snip.....and then walk back by later and snip....haha. Maybe she wouldn't notice?? Of course, then she'd get hair all in her food. Hmm.

ReplyDeleteI gave up on not cussing and just had the girls slap my hand everytime I said a bad word. That way, they became part of the enforcement rather than part of the problem. Neither one of them has ever said a cuss word to this day....and believe me...they've heard enough to make a sailor blush.
