I went to yoga two times when Emma turned 4 months old and I thought I could fit in an hour session at night. That didn't work out and now I'm going to try again. Emma puts herself to sleep these days and she doesn't need me to feed her, so it's perfect. I could go to any class but I really prefer and like Joseph with Yoga Style Fitness. Whenever he's at a 24 hour fitness, I try to take advantage. The class is tonight at 7:30. Should be good!
